fair doubles rotation for friend groups

Real recurring pain for casual sports groups, but the niche is tiny and trivially replicated — build it only as a cheap polished utility, not a venture.

✓ Solves a real, recurring weekly pain (partner fairness, who sat out) that currently lives in messy group chats and Notes✓ Narrow, well-scoped feature set (3 rounds, rest tracking, tap-to-score) is trivially buildable by a solo dev with no heavy deps✓ Organizer-on-one-phone usage pattern is a clear, low-friction distribution wedge for a paid utility

⚠ Tiny niche (6-friend badminton groups) with low willingness to pay and high churn⚠ No moat — any spreadsheet or generic rotation app replicates the core value in an afternoon⚠ No traction signals (zero HN/Reddit/downloads) and the post is essentially a founder promo for GLint, not validated demand
