run commands from notes without copy-paste

Real daily-driver traction, but the runnable-notebook space is crowded and the moat is thin — build only with a sharper UX than Jupyter or Obsidian.

✓ 200 HN points on a solo Show HN signals real developer pain around copy-pasting commands from notes✓ Daily-driver usage for deploys, API calls, and smoke tests shows recurring, high-frequency workflow fit✓ No GitHub dependency or heavy infra — a solo dev can rebuild the core (markdown + shell exec) without frontier models or compute

⚠ Crowded space: Jupyter, Obsidian plugins, VS Code notebooks, and Runme already cover runnable markdown⚠ Executing arbitrary shell from notes is a security/trust minefield that slows enterprise adoption⚠ Thin moat — the core feature is replicable in a weekend, so differentiation must come from UX and integrations
